About
The Pennsylvania Master Naturalist program is guided by a Program Advisory Council (program advisors), a dedicated group of individuals responsible for guiding and shaping all aspects of the program. Program advisors include PA Master Naturalist program staff, designated staff from state and regional program partnerships, natural resource professionals, college/university professors, and other representatives providing expertise, leadership and copyrighted content.
This council provides strategic direction, ensures the program aligns with its mission and national alliance program standards (Alliance for Natural Resource Outreach and Service Programs), supports curriculum development, and fosters partnerships to enhance its impact. By leveraging their expertise and insights, the Advisory Council plays a pivotal role in sustaining the program’s quality, relevance, and success across the state.
